I have a fee for service practice and I am an out-of-network insurance provider.

I can provide a receipt for service (sometimes referred to as a "super bill") for clients who may wish to submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement for therapy services.

Fees are payable at the time services are rendered. Cash and check are accepted at this time.
